How to organise repeat-entry competitions
A simple tracking system for daily, weekly and capped-entry promotions.
Repeat-entry competitions are easiest to manage when you track only the opportunities you genuinely want to revisit. A large uncontrolled list can turn a hobby into repetitive admin.
Create a small priority list
Save competitions with prizes you value and entry routes you are comfortable repeating. Remove anything that no longer interests you.
Record the rule, not just the label
Write down whether the limit is per calendar day, every 24 hours, weekly or capped across the whole campaign. Those distinctions affect when another entry can be valid.
Note your last entry
A date or timestamp can prevent accidental duplicates. Fearless My Chances can support this organisation for registered users, but the promoter's records remain authoritative.
Keep purchase evidence together
If repeat entries require separate purchases or codes, store the proof in a consistent place and follow the terms for each entry.
Review ending dates
Remove expired promotions and prioritise those closing soon. Do not assume a saved competition is still open without checking its current status.
The goal of tracking is to reduce uncertainty, not to encourage constant entry. Use whatever level of organisation keeps the activity manageable.
